How do I pay you?
Currently, I am only accepting payment for custom commissions through PayPal (piekoshawker@gmail.com).
The buyer will receive a comprehensive invoice that tracks payment plans, item details, and other information so that both parties can keep track of the current balance and other commission details.
Premade work will be listed both under my "For Sale" page here on the website and on my Etsy store, which can be readily purchased through their website and often shipped immediately. I sometimes offer "Made to Order" listings on Etsy as well, which are repeat patterns/designs of mine that you can additionally customize to your liking without having to go through the custom quote/commission process.
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes! This often depends on the price quote of the item in question, but I have been very flexible in the past with multiple payments. This may affect the overall price of your piece if multiple payments must be made, however, as PayPal will cause me to incur fees on every sum sent to me. A small increase to your quote will be made to reflect this if the total cost must be broken into several payments over time.

If a payment plan has been agreed upon, payments must be submitted to PayPal via the invoice system within the agreed timeframe, or the buyer risks the cancellation of their commission without refund (if proper communication/renegotiated terms cannot be reached). If a payment is defaulted on for more than 30 days past the date of last payment received and the seller does not offer correspondence, the commission will be cancelled and all completed work will be auctioned/sold off to recoup funds lost. Depending on the scope of the project and the work completed, alterations to a specific character design may not be possible without further time lost or damage to the work, and may be sold as-such to the public if payment cannot be reinstated.

Why the deposit?
If a specific fur/material is desired that is not in my current stock, I will require a 30% nonrefundable deposit so that I can acquire them for the commission. This is NOT an additional fee – this number will be a percentage of the cost of the project, and will go towards the full purchase price quoted. This will alter the completion time of your commission in the queue to allow for delays in materials shipping.

Commissions over $200 will require an upfront standard 30% nonrefundable deposit to secure your slot in the queue regardless of material acquisitions, as well as ensure payment is received for any time and work completed should you choose to back out of the commission.
